Andreas Schnetzer / Owner and Managing Director of Expotrade Group GmbH has been an independent entrepreneur since 1993 and has been active in the field of folding tents and foldable event products since 1996. His years of experience in this field led to the founding of the company Expotrade, which continues to operate successfully on the market today.
Constant quality improvements of existing products and the development of folding system innovations are his driving force. With the support of his great small team, Andreas has earned an excellent reputation for Expotrade Group across many borders.
Andreas is still a man of his word, a man with “handshake quality“, and that is how he leads his company. Promises are kept – there is no need for grand contracts – our word is our bond!
Expotrade Group Handelsges.m.b.H. was founded in February 2002 and has evolved from a classic folding tent manufacturer into a system provider that has earned an excellent name in many different areas and industries.
Major brands such as KTM, Carlsberg, Opel, Akrapovic, Alpinestars, Motorex, Yamaha, and many more appreciate the professional quality and exceptional service at Expotrade. That is why they have been loyal partners and customers for many years. However, it is not just large brands; many SMEs and private individuals are also served with pleasure and professionalism.
Events often involve bottlenecks or emergencies where additional products or spare parts are needed at short notice – we never leave anyone out in the rain and always find a satisfactory solution for the customer.

We are a small but very powerful team, and through in-house production, we are flexible for a wide range of customer requirements and possess the necessary know-how for the development of special solutions.
Because we do not simply buy and sell products, but produce our own, we place great value on the quality of individual materials and assembly. This begins with the packaging - as it is the first impression of the product - and continues through to functionality, which is coordinated with the accessories.
We do not see ourselves as a dealer who buys what is currently available on the market. We are an innovation hub that constantly drives new developments and has already produced many products related to tents, especially in the folding system sector. Ski racks, sponsor banners, start/finish arches, bar tables, etc. - and the majority of these innovations are, of course, "foldable"!
Every customer - whether large or small - is important to us! We strive daily in conversation with customers to work out the best possible solution for their respective concerns. Even if something breaks, we assist with spare parts and special transports or personal delivery to secure the event for the customer. No matter the concern - we always have an open ear.

We strive every day to make our products even better and are constantly working on improvements and upgrades. We are never satisfied with the standard, which is why you will constantly find new developments with us that you can use perfectly for your events. Through in-house production, we can respond specifically to customer requests. We make it possible and do not just sell off-the-shelf products!
Our German sales office is a dedicated office of Expotrade Group from Austria. The employees are also employed by Expotrade Group in Austria and are therefore our own staff. This sales office is therefore NOT a dealer/importer but was installed specifically for the German market by the headquarters. The sales office also does not maintain a warehouse in Germany – no matter where you buy – it always comes from the Expotrade Group headquarters.
EVERY customer is important to us – whether large or small! We are also happy to offer just 1 piece, as not everyone has a need for large quantities. A customer with only 1 piece receives the same advice and the same quality service as a major customer.
Should problems arise during the assembly or disassembly of our products, you can watch our assembly/disassembly videos, which we will be putting online shortly.
If the desired product video is not available, you can contact us by phone during our business hours – we will then be happy to help you personally. Outside of these times, please send an email to office@expotradegroup.com with the subject: URGENT help with assembly/disassembly and leave a phone number where we can reach you. An employee will then get back to you as soon as possible – however, we cannot guarantee an immediate callback and ask for your understanding in this case.
We are represented in many areas with sponsorship contributions. Whether with a logo on your tents or other products, through to logos on cars / trailers, etc. We would be happy to advise you on this and coordinate the best possible and fair solution for both sides together with you. We generally do not provide monetary sponsorship, as we always make a possible contribution only in connection with our products.
We have a small rental fleet that we use for our own events or also rent out upon request. It is also often the case that we provide our tents to customers for urgent needs in the meantime until the ordered and usually printed products are completed. This rental fleet is then regularly renewed and the used parts are sold off. Just ask – there are always good “bargains”!
