Yes – thanks to our in-house production and workshop, Expotrade is able to offer various individual solutions for customers. Special folding systems or other solutions are gladly developed and realized in collaboration with customers. Simply inquire if you have special ideas or requests for your event.
This depends somewhat on the complexity of the desired product. If existing profiles/plastic parts, etc. can be used, then realization from prototype to finished series is possible within a few weeks.
If existing profiles/plastic parts, etc. from Expotrade can be used for realization, then no tooling costs or similar are incurred. This ensures the product remains affordable in any case. Of course, more complex products are more elaborate in development/production, but always realizable at a fair price in consultation between customer and Expotrade.
Depending on the desired product, size/shape/maximum weight/packaging size/desired setup time, etc. are of course the important indicators that are helpful for developing the custom solution. Perhaps there is also a rough drawing or photo of a similar product. For realization, as much information as possible is very helpful and saves development work and therefore costs.
