Extremely robust frame, fully assembled in 2 minutes – developed for intensive professional use. Ski and Bike Rack SMALL
The Exporack SMALL is characterized by being manufactured from a single piece. There are no loose individual parts that could potentially get lost. Thanks to the ingenious folding/unfolding system, the rack is simply turned upside down, then unfolded and turned back over. The rack is ready for use in 30 seconds. With the two printable side panels, this version also offers excellent advertising opportunities that can be easily exchanged depending on the brand or event.

Can I purchase Exporack ski and bike racks directly online?

How quick and easy is the assembly of the Exporack Small?
The Exporack Small can be assembled and ready for use by one person in 60 seconds. The folding construction is easy to pull apart and there are no loose individual parts to assemble. Simply unfold and the Exporack Small is ready for use.
How long are spare parts available?
You benefit from at least 10 years spare parts warranty. Something can always happen – but this way you are assured that your quality product will remain operational for many years to come.
Is the Exporack Small height-adjustable?
The Exporack Small is height-adjustable, as it has adjustable inner support legs that fit inside the 4 outer support legs. These inner legs can be pulled out and then lock into place at the desired height with a push bolt, just like the Expotent pop-up pavilion. This allows the Exporack to be adapted for different requirements – e.g., when standing on steep terrain. On the uphill side, the legs are left in, and on the downhill side, the inner legs are pulled out until the Exporack stands as level as possible.
How many skis/snowboards fit on one Exporack?
Generally, up to 24 pairs of skis can be placed on both Exporack versions. With tight placement, even more. Snowboards can also be placed in the same holders. However, for special snowboard racks, we are happy to extend the pins up to 30 cm on request, so that snowboards can also be placed without problems.
Is the Exporack also suitable as a bicycle rack?
Both versions of the Exporacks can also be used as bicycle racks! This demonstrates the multifunctionality of the Exporack. In winter I use the rack as a ski rack and in the summer season I can use it as a bicycle rack (e.g., for mountain bikes) without modification. The wheels can be hung from both sides with the saddle on the pin bar. Due to the wider bikes, the wheels simply need to be positioned slightly offset and partially opposite each other.
Since many mountain bikes no longer have a kickstand, you hang the bike on the rack and don’t have to lay it on the ground.
Which series is right for me?
Depending on whether you want to set up the Exporack permanently or only use it flexibly and sporadically for events or ski testing. If overhead advertising is desired, then the Exporack “Large” is especially suitable – if this is not a priority, then the Exporack “Small” with side advertising is also a good and sensible alternative.
If you want to be quick, then the Exporack “Small” is the right choice, as it is manufactured from one piece and has no loose individual parts. Simply unfold and the rack is ready for use in 30 seconds.
What applications are the Exporacks designed for?
Exporacks are designed for many applications. As a permanent rack in front of hotels, mountain huts, ski stations, ski rental shops, etc., as well as a flexible and sporadic ski rack for short-term events, ski tests, presentations.
The Exporacks can be set up on asphalt, gravel, as well as on steeper terrain. The Exporack Large also includes fastening options (stakes, tension straps), so you can secure it on steep terrain if needed.
The Exporack Small also includes stakes for anchoring the support legs.
Both Exporack versions can be used as ski and snowboard racks, bicycle racks, and also, for example, as coat and clothing racks at events – thus a multifunctional product.
What arguments speak for Expotrade compared to other manufacturers?
Quality and sustainability are our focus. That is why we offer a 10-year warranty on frames and at least 10 years of parts service.
There are many ski racks that are very robust and durable, but offer little to no advertising space. In addition, ski racks then stand in the meadow in front of hotels / mountain huts in summer, as these mostly welded constructions are too bulky to store and therefore simply remain standing over the summer. Not a harmonious image for summer tourism.
Changing brands or sponsors are no problem with the Exporack canopies and side panels and are easy to change.
In which vehicles can I transport the Exporacks?
Both versions of the Exporacks have a total length of 200 cm and can usually be transported in normal cars if the seats can be folded down. Thanks to the lightweight aluminum construction, they are also easy to handle.
Can problems occur with heavy snow?
With the Exporack Small, there is no problem at all with heavy snow, as no snow can accumulate on exposed areas. With the Exporack Large, we have kept the canopy specifically “open,” meaning there is no flat surface on the top of the canopy, so the snow can easily fall through the canopy and thus does not accumulate. Both racks are therefore well-equipped for hard winter use.
