We have been using quality products from Expotrade for many years. Initially, we operated a small tent rental business with 6 larger Professional folding tents. Frequently asked questions about Expodome
Can I buy Expodome dome tents directly online?
Due to the large number of options for our Expodome dome tents, we have decided to accept orders only on request for the time being. This ensures that you receive the optimal model for your needs.
How quick and easy is the setup?
An Expodome 3 x 3 m can be fully assembled by 1 person in 5 minutes.
The Expodomes 4.8 m / 6 m can be assembled by 2 people in approx. 15 minutes.
The Expodome 9 m can be assembled by 3 people in approx. 20 minutes.
Note:
These are “plug-in systems” and not folding systems like the Expotent folding tents – therefore, the dome tents need a little more time for assembly. However, the extra time is worth it, as you get a great and striking eye-catcher for every event.
How long are spare parts available?
We grant a 10-year spare parts warranty, so that you can still repair your Expodome or replace parts even after many years, so that it remains operational for many more years.
Can I connect the Expodome dome tents?
Yes, the Expodome dome tents can be easily connected to each other. For this purpose, a so-called dome connection tunnel is fixed “overhead” with a zipper between the two dome roofs, creating a weatherproof passage between the domes. Different dome sizes can also be connected to each other, although some differences that are too large are not feasible (such as a 3 x 3 m dome with a 9 m dome). Please just ask us – we will be happy to advise you on the possibilities in a personal conversation.
Which series is right for me?
The Expodome dome tents require different amounts of floor space depending on the version. If the available floor space is not decisive, then the larger variants 4.8 / 6 and 9 m are ideal. These are pentagonal in shape and therefore unique on the market. There is nothing comparable pentagonal on the market. This makes the Expodome so special as an eye-catcher. Due to the pentagonal construction, however, these domes require more floor space, as you have 5 cut-off corners/areas. In other words – for a 9 m Expodome, for example, at least 9 x 9 m of space should be available and the dome must be rotated accordingly to fit the area.
What applications are the dome tents designed for?
Our Expodome dome tents are used specifically when the classic Expotent folding tents are not suitable in terms of shape and size. Special events should also be equipped with special event equipment, and our dome tents are of course ideal for this. Due to the rounded look and partly pentagonal shape, you always have the best eye-catcher at the event and an unmistakable advertising medium. However, if the issue of floor space becomes problematic for the event, then the dome tents may not be the best product, as you need a relatively large amount of floor space for the domes due to the pentagonal construction and some areas may not be used meaningfully.
What arguments speak for Expotrade compared to other manufacturers?
Quality and sustainability are our focus. That is why, depending on the series, we offer a 5-10 year warranty on frames and at least 10 years of spare parts service.
The tent fabrics are also designed for safety & durability.
