Inflatable (pneumatic – without continuous blower) dome tents with professional workmanship are the alternative to Expodome domes with aluminum frames. Wherever an aluminum frame is too heavy or too unwieldy for transport due to its length (e.g., in the mountains, etc.), these inflatable variants are a sensible option. The dome is inflated with an electric pump (or battery pump) and the air remains in the tube. A pressure relief valve protects against excessive air pressure in the tube.

This inflatable start and finish arch is pneumatic, meaning it does not require a continuous blower. Inflated in just a few minutes with an electric or battery pump, there is no further power requirement. Tension straps and pegs are included. A pressure relief valve prevents too much air from being in the arch, as air can expand in hot temperatures, for example.
The many different sizes (lengths and heights) cover every desired area of application and are just as suitable for large-scale events such as marathons as they are for smaller events with individual starts, etc.

Frequently asked questions about Expoair products
Due to the variety of printing options for our Expoair series, we have decided to accept orders only on request for the time being. This ensures that you receive the best possible design for these eye-catchers.
The setup time for an Expoair product depends specifically on the respective size and the pump used.
As a rule, Expoair domes and arches are inflated and ready for use in approx. 10 minutes.
The columns are inflated in approx. 1 – 2 minutes.
Despite careful handling of Expoair products, the valve membranes will become brittle over time and air may slowly escape. It is recommended to replace the valves – these can be reordered as spare parts for 10 years. However, a replacement valve is included in the scope of delivery of the arch for emergencies. Other spare parts such as inner tubes etc. can be reordered for 5 years.
As with every product, there are advantages and disadvantages to Expoair products:

When planning your event, please note that the tubes of the Expoair dome and arch have a certain diameter (varies depending on size). This naturally takes away usable space inside the dome or from the clearance width/height of the arch. In addition, the legs of the dome are curved upwards, and you also lose additional space at the inner edge because people cannot stand so close to the edge inside. If you take this into account, you will find the right size for the dome or arch. We would be happy to advise you!
Due to their striking shape and height, Expoair domes are inflatable “tents” that are also often used simply as eye-catchers and advertising media.
Due to the inflatable construction, the Expoair dome is used wherever a classic aluminum or steel frame is too unwieldy or too heavy to handle, transport, or set up (e.g., on a glacier or in open terrain, etc.). Thanks to the compact packaging, no large vehicle is required and the dome can be easily transported in a normal car.
Expoair domes are used specifically when classic folding tents become too common at an event and you no longer stand out visually. Due to the shape and height of the domes, you are more visible and visually more appealing as an eye-catcher compared to the tents.
Quality and sustainability are our focus. That is why we offer a 2-year warranty on material defects and at least 5 years of spare parts service.
The tent fabrics are also designed for safety & durability.
To ensure nothing gets dirty or damaged during transport, roller carrying bags or backpacks are also available as an option.
Yes – you can easily change the fabrics of the Expoair dome, for example, by simply detaching the roof from the zipper of the construction (legs) on all 4 sides and inserting the new roof in its place. This allows for multiple uses of the construction, e.g., for different brands/events.
This is also possible with the arches and columns, but please act very carefully when changing, as the airtight inner tubes are exposed during the change if you only change the fabric. We would be happy to advise you on these possibilities.
