The water bags are for weighting the folding tents (and other products) and have a capacity of 40 liters - equivalent to 40 kg weight. Depending on the tent size, several water bags per leg may be necessary to guarantee the stability of the tent. Please note, however, that above certain wind speeds the folding tents must be dismantled, as even the water bag securing reaches the load limits of the tents and safety can then no longer be guaranteed. Each water bag has a strap Velcro fastening. This strap is placed around the leg and fastened with the Velcro closure. This prevents the water bag from slipping off in strong winds, etc. At the top of the water bag there is a closable valve where you can fill in the water and drain it again when dismantling. The great advantage of the water bags compared to conventional steel foot plates is that the water bags are made of PVC tarpaulin material and can therefore be transported folded up small when empty. The steel weights are ready for use, but you also have to transport the weight.
